text submission locked
Teachers are finding that sometimes they accidently set an assignment to "text submission" vs "file submission" and once they have had a submission, they can no longer change that option. Which in my experience to change that one setting means I need to copy the assignment, delete the old one and manually update any marks that were associated with the old version. What is the logistical reasoning for that change to be locked? Or is there a way to fix this?
Assignment submissions past the due date
Assignments submitted after the due date should not overwrite the 0 (or other grade) put in at the due date. This defeats the whole purpose of having due dates on assignments.
Complete title on course tiles
Somehow I added a setting on one of my courses to mark the tile as complete when the learner finishes it, but I can't get the same thing on my other courses and it's causing confusion with my learners. How do I add this?

No, that is not possible. The Dynamic Registration process automatically registers the tool, but cannot do so when the domain is already being used. How can an existing LTI 1.3 tool be deleted?

Thanks for the reply. I do not see a Manage Tool Providers option on the LTI Advantage tab. All I see above the list is an option to "Register Tool" and options to Enable and Disable tools, with filters below to show all tools or just those which are enabled or disabled.
When I go to the "External Learning Tools" option, I do see a "Manage Tool Providers" tab, but this does not show my LTI 1.3 tool; I suspect it is merely a list of LTI 1.0/1.1/2.0 tools.
Disabling the tool will not be sufficient for my needs as I cannot register a new one with the same domain, even when it is disabled and I'm trying to test the dynamic registration option.
