How to find and delete unused SCORM files
We have a large number of unused SCORM files on our platform (for various reasons, including when we would upload new versions of SCORM files before we knew we could upload a new version by overwriting the old one). When we upload the SCORMs, they aren't included in the course file folder. I can't find the actual folder anywhere.
Can someone direct me to where these SCORMs are stored, and also, if there's a way to identify which ones are NOT being currently used in a course, that would be a huge help! :)
Re: This is my first time using the community site. I’m a student at Remington College Online.
This is Sarah with Remington College. Accessing the community is one way that you can find support, answers, and (sometimes) hacks to make navigating Brightspace easier as a student.
I would like to touch bases and make sure you have all that you need to feel comfortable. If you could email me via sarah.campbell@remingtoncollege.edu, I can set up a time to touch bases and answer questions.
Hope to hear from you soon!

Brightspace Editor – Edited images are saved with their original names to improve ease of location
We recommend that our faculty create an images folder to house their images. When Brightspace updates the image with the timestamp it stores it in the main directory.
Is any thought being given to saving the timestamped version in the original directory?

Re: What are you using for course evaluations?
Does anybody have any strategies for getting good engagement with these evaluations? We're finding what we think is a lot of apathy and survey fatigue and students don't see any benefit from evaluating the course, so this leads to low engagement.
Do any of the third party solutions mentioned have any tricks to combat this?
Re: How can I submit a support ticket?
Thanks, Ricardo; this was what I was looking for. You could also update the Contact Us page with these details, as it needs this information. The menu item "ASC Homepage" is not obvious, and I suspect others may be looking for it too.
