How do I delete old courses I no longer want or need?

we have a whole new set of courses and want to delete the old ones. How can we do this?

Were I to enroll a student to another course with the same survey would their answers transfer?

I would like to move a student from one course to another which offers the same content but occurs at a different time, if the student has already completed surveys, quizzes etc. will their answers carry over if the new course has the same content.

How do I hide courses that I don't want to see on the search list?

We have a new set of courses this year and want to hide last year's courses from the drop-down list under the grid at the top of the page.

Hello @Heather.K.449,

Great Question.

As it stands, you cannot change the colors of selective Unit folders.

However, you can leverage the Primary Color, configured in the Theme in use by the active Navbar. The Primary Color will be applied to all Unit folders. Lesson folders will be denoted by a lighter shade of that same Primary Color.
