Alter scroll bars creation - have a single scrollbar
When navigating the Org Unit Editor's orgunit list, often, when opening child lists, multiple scrollbars appear when only one is required.
Each org unit list level has it's own scrollbar and as a UX/UI developer, only one is needed.
Multiple scrollbars causes confusion and delay access the org unit the users is searching for.
Re: Envelope Icon (File read indicator)
Hello @Andre.S.873
My name is Mohit, and I’m a member of the Product Support team.
Thank you for reaching out regarding the envelope icon displayed for submitted files.
At this time, it is not possible to remove or disable this icon. The icon is part of the standard Brightspace system design.
I understand how this could lead students to question or be concerned about their grades, depending on whether a submission has been viewed. However, there is currently no configuration setting available to hide or disable this indicator.
If you would like to see an option to control or disable this indicator in the future, we encourage you to submit or upvote the idea in the Product Idea Exchange (PIE), where our Product Management team reviews feature requests.
If you're unable to access PIE, please ensure that you've selected your organization from the dropdown list during your Brightspace Community registration rather than manually entering its name. For instructions on updating your organization information, please refer to our Community article:

Linking Intelligent Agents to Release Conditions for an Org Unit
Hello,
I need a report for an org unit that lists its intelligent agents and the release conditions attached to each one.
I understand that the Intelligent Agent Objects data set connects to the Release Condition Objects data set, but it isn't clear to me how they're joined. How can I identify the agent ID and its corresponding release conditions in the Release Condition Objects data set?
I'm aiming for a table like this:
OrgUnitID | Agent ID | Release Condition ID
Thanks
Bring Back Crtl+F Browser Search
I would like to request the restoration of the ability to use Ctrl+F to search within the gradebook and have the browser immediately navigate to the selected item.
The recent update appears to have removed this functionality, resulting in a significant decrease in the efficiency and usability of the gradebook. In my courses, students typically complete approximately 80 assignments per semester. As a result, quickly locating specific grade items is essential for effective course management. Without the ability to use the browser's native search function, navigating the gradebook has become considerably more time-consuming for both instructors and students.
Additionally, the introduction of the new arrow-based navigation system has slowed the process of moving through grade items and locating specific assignments. What was previously a quick and intuitive task now requires substantially more time and effort.
Ease of navigation is a critical component of the user experience, and the current implementation negatively impacts day-to-day workflow. If this issue cannot be addressed, I will need to evaluate alternative learning management systems, including Google Classroom, that better support efficient grade management.
Re: How can I tell where Self Assessments have been used on our site?
Good morning @Janet.O.779 ,
We asked the same question and received a report (data extract) of all usage, through the ASC portal.

Re: Editing the links on the password reset page
Thanks @Stephen.R.9819 ! This wasn't the variable I was looking for, but you got me in the right vicinity! This is the one I needed:
d2l.Auth.Password.CustomGoToLoginPageLink
My question might not have been clear. My apologies for that. I was trying to fix the URL that points to the login page. The Forgot Password URL is fine and works as intended, but once they reset their password and try to go back to the login page, the default value for the above variable points them to SSO instead which will not work for local accounts. Using this variable I was able to point it back to the local login. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
Nesting Creator+ Elements within Creator+ Elements
Hello, is there a plan to allow elements within elements? For example, adding a callout or stylized quote within an accordion panel? This is a popular ask from our programs and instructional designers, but we do not have a workable solution to accommodate them. Thank you!
