Since you objective is to identify which outcome./standard is used in courses, you can refer to Outcomes Course Specific Scales
The Outcomes Course Specific Scales Brightspace Data Set provides details on which achievement scales and achievement thresholds are being used in each of your courses. The only available data for course specific achievement scales is from May 2023 onwards.
You can refer below article for more details on each of the datasets related to Outcomes
Also, Entity Relationship Diagram in the above article shows the relationships between entities used to create Brightspace Data Sets for Outcomes. To enlarge the diagram, right-click on the image and select Open image in a new tab.

Re: Trying to get at course completion via APIs
Hi Paul,
I've tried using GET /d2l/api/le/(version)/(orgUnitId)/grades/courseCompletion/ using version 1.61 and the call worked successfully - the course had no completion records but the call was successful returning in Postman with a Status 200 OK:

A 403 error may indicate the calling user doesn't have the required privileges/role permissions to make the call. However, grade/completion etc are recorded at the Course Offering level.
Please check the Completion Tracking checkbox in the UI is checked and see how you get on - noting after doing so this will only pick up new completions.

Thank you for reaching out to us on Community.
The display of the course banner being default is controlled through config variable> d2l.Tools.Homepages.Banner.DefaultForCourses.
When the above config variable is ON any new courses created will have the course banner to display by default.

Hi Sarah! Please, head over to "Profile" (pictured below) - which is accessible by clicking on your name/photo at the top right-hand side of your Brightspace homepage. There you can add all sorts of fun details such as Nickname, Social Profiles, Hometown, etc.

Hello @Rusha Sol822 Content feedback and ratings is only available in the legacy Content experience. The New Content Experience is still experiencing improvements and there are some gaps between the two tools. Keep watch on the release notes for further improvements. While using the New Content Experience, you could create a survey to evaluate your content topics to gather feedback. Hope this helps.

While the option of Rewrite the quiz questions is available, we don't have an option now to have different grade options for the same quiz.

Re: How do I add myself (super administrator) as a course instructor?
Hi Jeff,
There are a number of ways to do this. You could enroll yourself as an Instructor in a course via Users > search for the username > Click on the dropdown: Manage User enrollments .
When in enrollments tabs, you can search for the course and make sure it is filtered by: All Org units. When the course shows up, you can change the role for the particular course.
