Re: Brightspace Data Sets Updates
Quiz Question Answer Options BDS will only contain a subset of the questions available in the datasets. A great Entity Relationship Diagram can be seen here : .
On another note, Brightspace Data Sets ( BDS) are limited to the 150 million rows of the most recent data EXCEPT for the following which are limited by DATE (info from ) :
- 3 years of data (all of the previous two calendar years and the current calendar year to date):
- Content User Completion
- Content User Progress
- Pre-Requisite Conditions Met
- Quiz User Answer Responses
- Quiz User Answers
- Session History

IOS ipad & Apple Pencil Grading Capabilities?
Is there any chance Brightspace is developing (or has already developed) grading capabilities with an instructor app and ipad + pencil -- so that I can actually handwrite comments on submitted papers, mimicking the process of pen and paper? I taught at a school that used Canvas in 2022/23 and that is the 1 capability that really stood out versus Brightspace -- the ability to grade with my apple pencil (or stylus) within Canvas' Speedgrader app. Right now, it seem like the Pulse App is really for students, nothing special for instructors. Am I missing something? Is there already a way to do this that I don't know how to access?

Re: Create award conditional release that ignores optional content
I had a quick check, and I couldn't find a way to do that. It sounds like what you want is a release condition that says 'visited all required topics'.
I had a search of the Product Idea Exchange and saw that you've put one in there, so if anyone else reads this and thinks it's a great idea, go to the PIE and search for D10235.

Thank you for your question. Currently, there is no EOL (end-of-life) announced for Classic Content experience. In case of any EOL, we will provide an appropriate amount of time for our clients to transition to other tools.
