Ah, that does make sense then. Well pass this information along to your local LMS/Brightspace administrator who does have permissions to see the pages I mentioned and they should be able to take care of that for you, and then you should be all set. Good luck!

You can save a new analysis from the published Dashboard. You then make changes to the analysis and then publish a new dashboard. The following resource should be useful:

HI @Jenn.H.328 - yep we have the demo of Performance plus next week; so this may help to cover some of the insights we are hoping to gain.
I don't think performance plus would cover user user behaviour ie:
Do users scroll excessively?
- What buttons do they give the most attention to?
Which page elements are blocking conversions?
Heat maps showing where users are spending time
Ability to collect user feedback
And the functionality to compare this data to some of our other websites data to see if similar trends are happening.
So was wondering if there are any other third party tools that do have an LTI connection, couldn't see anything on Clarity or Hotjars sites that said they could integrate with Brightspace. We want to gain an understanding of how we can improve user experience I think performance plus largely covers the learner engagement and progress side of things, so is more specific and individualized

To provide Product and Services Preview information to a wider audience, D2L is making some changes to the Product and Services Preview page:
- To improve the content's reach, we are localizing this content into French (fr-ca), Spanish (es-mx), Portuguese (pt-br), Dutch (nl-nl) and Arabic (ar-sa).
- To improve it's findability using the Brightspace Community search function, we are changing the distribution from an attachment to being embedded text in the article.
To ease the transition to the new format, both the PDF and embedded text formats are available until we publish the September Product and Services Preview (September 13, 2024), at which point, the PDF will no longer be available.
