Does anyone know if there is a specific permission that will allow instructors to create new LORs, but not allow them to edit the trust of LORS they did not create??

Hi @Samantha.K.229 . Unfortunately, this isn't possible; the permission that allows LOR management gives access to all repositories in Brightspace, regardless of its creator.
