Multiple evaluator view when grading
I'm attempting to set up an assignment with multiple TAs as evaluators in a multi-section course that is in one course shell. I have 300 students in my class and 14 TAs. I've assigned specific students for each TA to grade using the D2L guidance and set myself up as the publisher. I've also set the assignment as anonymous.
My question is what does the TA see when they log into the assignment to grade? I can see in the documentation that evaluators can see all submissions, but what does that mean practically speaking? Do they need to click on each assessment to see if it has been assigned to them? Or is there a way that only the students the TA is evaluating shows up for them? I don't want them to have to scroll endlessly to find the students they are responsible for grading. I want to be able to give my TAs guidance on the quickest way access the assignment of the students they have been assigned to grade.
Any screenshots of the TA view would be incredibly helpful to me as an instructor.
Many thanks for your help.

Hello Angela,
Thanks for your question!
It's hard to answer how their view would look, as it really depends on what permissions your institution has designated for that role the TA's use.
Do you happen to have Role Switch available for your account? While logged into your Brightspace environment, if you select your name on the top right, do you see "View as"? If so, click on 'Change' and see if the TA role is available. This view would give you a basic preview of what they'll see within your course. If Role Switch isn't enabled for you, I would suggest checking with your local administrators to see if they could possibly get you a test account so you can see how everything looks to prepare your TA's.
I can confirm though that your TA's are likely going to see all students in your class. Combined with anonymous grading being enabled, this will make it difficult to find who they need to grade.
My advice here would be to create groups within your course, and add all students that are graded by TA #1 to Group 1, all students graded by TA #2 to Group 2, etc. With this setup, your TA's can open the Assignment and then filter the view based on the group they are assigned, and only see those users.
If your class happens to be organized by section, and TA's aligned by section, you should be able to sort Assignment submissions the same way and avoid using Groups.
Hoping that this helps get you started!

Hi Stephen,
Thank you for your response. I do have role switch, but only to see the student view, not the TA view.
I think I'll go with groups in this case. It seems to be the best solution.
Many thanks for your help,
