Feedback RE: D2L document evaluation
When evaluating submissions, we have to click countless times on the mouse, and as D2L is right now, there are a lot of redundancies, which adds extra time and skeletal-muscular strain. Here are some suggestions:
1) If I delete a marking, do not ask me for confirmation, as this is an extra click. If I deleted something by mistake, I can ctrl + z to undo.
2) Do not anchor markings to the top left corner of the page. This makes it impossible for the user to change a previous text box, etc., as it is buried under the following marking.
3) If I am in text box or line draw mode, I should not have to reclick the button for each new marking. These and all functions should operate the same as the drawing tool - it is activated until you click on another tool.
4) It would be nice if the user could use and add to easily accessible standard comments and markings, such as the upside-down "v" for insert, checkmarks, and so on. Turnitin has such a feature.
That's all I can think of for now. Thank you, D2L, for seeking and being receptive to user feedback.
