How to make all files move from a list to content?

I suddenly have a situation where, when I try to move a set of files into the content on a course, the little square acknowledges "15" files, but in actuality only one file moves. What do I do?

Thank you for the question.
It appears you're attempting to upload multiple files using the Content tool in a course, but only one file is successfully uploaded. Is that correct? If not, could you please elaborate on the issue you're encountering? In particular, could you elaborate on what you mean by "move from a list to content"?
Screenshots or a screen recording of your workflow would be very helpful in understanding what you're trying to accomplish and identifying any potential issues.Warm regards,

Your description of what happens is correct. I will enclose images:
- Files that need to be moved.
- Course where they should go with an "8" indicating the number of files selected to be moved
- Guided NotesW1 Thursday is the only file that actually is transferred.
The other 7 files have vanished…….
Forgive the wide variety of files—I have been trying this on different classes.

Thank you for sharing screenshots and additional details.
I just attempted the same workflow on an internal site and successfully uploaded all the files. The issue may be isolated to your machine or the specific course/site. We would need to investigate more to determine the cause. Will it be possible for you to raise a support case with the above details?
Your first step is to connect with your school or organization’s Help Desk to create a support request.
If you’re not sure how to do this, email us at questions@community.d2l.com with the name of your school or organization, and we can provide the contact details.
If you are the ASC/ Admin for your Organization, please refer to our documentation for how to log a Support case or request, and a member of our Support team will be happy to assist you.
In the meantime, I suggest using the "Add Existing Activities" button when uploading multiple files.

Thank you for helping with this, Ajith Joseph. All this moving around of files comes from my responsibility to create ADA compliant files, but not in the actual class. Our practice has been to move the files to a working class where I make the necessary changes. The files are then returned to the actual class. It may be awkward, but it is safer, especially when student workers assist me in the adjustments.
(We will be getting the D2L version of ADA compliance shortly, but until then this will have to do.)

I know that colleagues are not having the same problem, so I suspect it is my computer.
My boss (the one who submits work orders) is gone for a week…..
I did discover that I am still on the approved support contact list (I ran D2L for about 10 years) although my contact information has changed. I'm not sure I would still be able to use it.
I was not clear on how to use Add Existing Activities—no label that fit these documents; I did try NEW: Upload Files. It turned out the same as previous tries. First document only.

Hi @Sylvia.N.130,
Sorry to hear you're still unable to upload multiple files at once.
As a workaround, you could try uploading the files to the Manage Files tool (Course Admin > Manage Files) within the course, and then adding them to the content using the Course Offering Files option. The option is most likely in New > Upload Files.
If you're an ASC and unable to log in to the ASC portal to create a case, kindly email questions@community.d2l.com. The team should be able to assist you.
Warm Regards,
