Quick Eval - confusion
Why are assignments that are graded and published still appearing on "Quick Eval"? Even if I dismiss them from the quick eval within the appropriate course, the assignment remains on my system quick eval?

Hello @Caitlin.S.4853
Thanks for reaching Brightspace Community.
Quick Eval is designed to surface any items that appear as new submissions and still require evaluation. In some cases, particularly with on-paper or observed in-person assignments, when instructors manually mark students as complete, those actions are treated as new submissions. Because of this, the assignments may continue to appear in Quick Eval until they have been assessed.
To prevent this, the recommended workflow is to mark students as complete before grading their submissions. If grading is completed first and students are then marked as complete, Quick Eval can still show them as requiring evaluation. Once the items are evaluated, they will clear from Quick Eval as expected.
If you’ve already followed this process and the issue persists, we’d suggest creating a support case so we can look more closely at the setup in your environment.
