Can we enhance Data Hub with add-ons for better course evaluation?

Hi there,
We’re currently using Brightspace with the Creator+ package, and we have access to Data Hub. While it provides raw data, we’re looking for more user-friendly and visual tools to help us evaluate learner engagement and course effectiveness.

Is it possible to enhance Data Hub or purchase add-ons that offer better analytics, dashboards, or insights to support evaluation work?

If so:

  • What are the available options?
  • Can they be added to our current package?
  • Is there general pricing info or someone we can contact for details?

This tool includes visualizations that provide insight into how learners are engaging with their courses. Its primary purpose is to support users, especially instructors and advisers, in identifying at-risk learners and enabling timely interventions to help them stay on track. By offering contextualized and comprehensive information, the dashboard supports personalized recommendations for learner improvement. You can find more information in this article.

    Please note that access to the analytics tools requires the Performance+ package.
