Teacher Contact Widget - is there a data set recording if this Widget is setup or not?

I want to report on if students can see the Teacher Contact info in their Org Units.
The Teacher Contact Widget is in each Org Unit and by default is blank. To become visible a teacher needs to complete the Setup.
Is there data, or a data set which shows if a Teacher Contact Widget is Setup or not? i.e. a teacher has selected 'Display My Profile' in the Widget, or has used 'Update User Settings' in the Widget.

    Hi @Leishka.G.4815 ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Brightspace Community!

Could you confirm if the 'Teacher Contact Widget' is a custom widget or if this is a custom name set for the Multi-Profile widget?

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Regards,
    Pulkit

Have you got any advice on how to find the Multi-Profile widget data and/or status?

    Thanks,

Here are two articles that can help to find and manage the Multi-Profile widget data in Brightspace

Deploy and modify the Multi-Profile Widget - Brightspace

Using the Multi-Profile Widget - Brightspace

    I hope this will help.

    Hello, Leishka,

The exact answer to your question (if a teacher has selected 'Display My Profile' in the Widget, or has used 'Update User Settings' in the Widget) cannot be queried via the Data Hub or the database, because that information is not stored with that level of detail there.

With that said, I can create a custom query in the database that find the organizational units in which that specific widget is present and where it is displaying a User. This will give you a list of all the Org Units that have the widget present and displaying at least one user inside of it. I believe that this is the closest we can get to getting an answer to your original question.

I have created Support Case #02161355 in order to reach out to you directly and send you the results of my query.

    Thank you and until later,
