What is the current stable version of D2L Brightspace API version?

We are currently using D2L version 1.12 in our application. We are observing some issues with this version, and D2L has also recommended that we upgrade it.
As a result, we would like to update the default to a more stable version.

Could you please recommend which stable version we should use going forward?

Following are the existing routes in our application.
/d2l/api/le/{consumerVersion}/lti/link/

/d2l/api/le/{consumerVersion}/lti/quicklink/

/d2l/api/le/{consumerVersion}/content/modules/

/d2l/api/le/{consumerVersion}/grades/
