She’s a powerhouse behind their full Brightspace overhaul—redesigning roles, permissions, and course templates to better serve faculty and students. Elizabeth’s favorite Community feature is the depth of peer-contributed answers and resources, and she’s a big believer in using intelligent agents and automation to improve workflows.
