How can we manage SIS data for Course Offerings?

We need to integrate our application with D2L and need to pull assessment data for clients with for there course offerings. I found an article https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/23750-enable-the-ipsis-platform-in-brightspace to manage SIS with IPSIS administration tool, but I can not see this option under Admin tools → Organization Tools → Tools available

1. What needs to be done in order to have the IPSIS option available in my account?
2. How can we manage SIS data for course offerings?
3. How to fetch this SIS data through APIs?
4. Are there any reports available through which we can fetch this data?

I would like to hear from you as soon as poosible for the integration. Thanks in advance.

The setup for IPSIS requires an implementation process, which is why it is not available for direct activation. I recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss the next steps for enabling IPSIS.

The IPSIS platform connects student information systems (SIS) to Brightspace via diverse source systems, using standardized specifications. Depending on your type of integration (e.g., D2L Standard CSV, Ellucian ILP), your SIS will transmit relevant data—such as course offerings and student enrollments/deletion—which is processed by IPSIS and reflected in Brightspace. If the information you're looking for has already been imported into Brightspace, you may be able to use our Valence API to query course information or student enrollments directly, if API calls are the intended workflow. For courses created through IPSIS, the IPSIS administration interface allows you to review log messages (e.g., Errors, Warnings, or Info) for insights into batch processes as well as courses created through IPSIS, particularly when using D2L Standard CSV.
