Our organization's homepage needs a fresh look. How do I change the banner image on the homepage?

It is possible to add an image banner below the navigation bar on widget-based homepages at the organisation or My Home level of your institutions Brightspace environment.
To do this you'll need to be in a role with the appropriate level permissions e.g. Administrator role or similar. The key permission you must have is under the Manage Courses tool > Change Course Image and Banner Text. This permissions must be enabled for the Organisational level.
Thereafter, navigate back to the Organisation homepage. From the bottom right corner Homepage Actions Menu, select Display Homepage Banner. If you do not see either Homepage Actions Menu or Display Homepage Banner options your role permissions need to be adjusted as described above.

I have a follow-up question on this topic. I followed the steps above but when I got to the Homepage actions menu I see the options to manage the homepage, edit the homepage, or remove the banner. My goal is to replace the banner image we have with a new one.
What can I do to replace the banner image?
