Learning Paths DO NOT LOAD

Is anyone experiencing an issue where the content in their learning paths are not loading (see image). This is the same for every learning path and has been like this since last Wednesday.

    Hi Jordan,

    I've access the environments and the Learning Paths load for me. Given you've been experiencing the issue for the best part of a week please open a support case with the D2L Support team so they can investigate.

    A couple of things you can try if you haven't done so already:

    • Access Brightspace with a secondary web browser and/or different laptop/pc
    • If available connect to a seperate network e.g. tethered mobile/wireless, to see if the issue occurs
    • Clear browser cache etc

    When opening a Support case they will likely ask you to do the above if you havent already.

    Thanks Chris! Strangely enough when I posted this they started working again and now have stopped.

    Nothing loads again - will try these troubleshooting tips
