I need instructors to see learner names but they're showing as anonymous.

I have assigned an instructor to a course, but the learner names all show as anonymous for them. How do I change this so that instructors can see learner names? I found a few articles about permissions, but I don't know what menu and where exactly I would update them.

Hi Shonelle,

Please see the below article on how to access the Roles & Permission tool
https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/4452-managing-roles-and-permissions#edit-role-permissions-and-properties
Filter by Tool - User Information Privacy
Then Give the Role permission to see First Names & Last Names at the course offering level.
