Playback speed changes do not carry over from video to video. How can we set this for users?

    Hello @whitney@modernstates.org,

    Thank you for reaching out to D2L through the Brightspace Community. I just tested the raised concern on our test environment, and upon changing the playback speed for one of the videos, the changes did reflect on the videos available in different modules as well.

    Could you please open a support case or confirm if we can create one and further investigate the issue? If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
