Hello,
I insert lots of dropbox links in content. It has been working fine up until recently when files (PPT, Word docs, etc.) have not been updating on Brightspace content as I make changes to them as they used to. I find my self having to relink when it is really the same file and link except I have made a slight change to the PPT.

I'm wondering if it's a caching thing. If you press ctrl + F5 on a Windows device to do a hard refresh of the page (as opposed to just F5 which will keep the cache), will the file update?

You can still hard refresh.
I think on a Mac it's shift + reload OR command + shift + R

shift+ command+ R did not update the link. The PPT presentation which is updated in my Dropbox for spring 24 and the same link on D2L is still the one I used fall 2023 .
