Welcome Window Widget and Firefox issue

Question

When the Welcome Window pops up on Firefox (both at home and at school) I can't make it go away. It just freezes and I can't dismiss it nor use the X in the corner.  I've tried waiting for it to go away, but I could wait all day. I don't have this problem with Chrome or Safari, only Firefox.  Any suggestions?

I do, and that was my next step. I was just hoping it was a simple fix 😋.

That doesn't sound like it's working quite right! Do you know who is the Brightspace administrator at your school? The best thing might be to contact them so that they can raise a support case to see if it can be replicated.
