Login issue to Brightspace training webinars

Hi, I try to log in to Brightspace in order to complete the training that you offer. However, due to an error, I cannot log in. What can I do?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Brightspace Community. Your correct permissions are in tact within the Learning Center. Can I please ask you to email our Community Team at questions@community.d2l.com with more details of the error you are seeing and which training you are trying to connect with so that we can take a closer look?
