Summary Changes/Diff

Is there a summary of changes to the datasets from major version to major version anywhere? In particluar the changes from 8 to 9 (to date)
I realize that they are documented, individually with each CD and in the timeline, and that I can look at the BDS documentation for each of the datasets to see what is new, but I was hoping there was a single file/listing of all (minimally) all the datasets that had updates or (ideally) that same list with the actually changes applied.
