I am looking to see if there is a place that I can go to check on any known outages within D2L. That way we don't have to put in tickets if its already a systemwide issue that is being worked on.
 

One thing I notice is the emailed notifications tend to be very delayed. Thus we end up putting in tickets that may not have been needed, if we had received the outage info in a better timeframe. This contributes to loss of productivity on the customer side. Whereas if we knew of the outage in more of a real time scenario or in a place that we can look up, we could simply move onto other tasks and not need to do any initial troubleshooting on our end to input tickets, just to then receive a notice hours or even days later.
