We noticed our Brightspace student logins don't correlate with our usage.

For example they are logging in to watch videos from a teacher but its not showing that they have accessed the content. Is there a way to correct this? We are putting it in as content html or weblink.

We checked your account, and it looks like this process is managed/monitored by the IT service of your organization (Delta Schools, SD 37). We would suggest contacting them directly, and if necessary, they will get in touch with our authorized contacts.
