I'm trying to generate a list of all students enrolled in a course, including their section details.

Thanks for your question!
You can export a class list with section information through the Grade Book. You're specifically looking for the Enter Grades tab, and you'll see an Export button.
On the export page, you can select the various information you'd like in the file, including Section Membership. Since you won't be needing the grade items, you can de-select all of those.
