Idiot proofing Quiz Setup

It should not be possible to post a Quiz that has no questions in it. There should be an idiot-proofing checkpoint that triggers if a Quiz is deployed that does not contain any questions.

In the current version of Brigtspace(LE) the feature to restrict the creation of quizzes without questions does not exist.

I kindly request you submit this as a feature request in Product Idea Exchange.
