Hello, I have a few students who have uploaded photos onto their E-Portfolio and when they view their portfolio they can see the photo but when I view it all it says is image with a tiny stock photo beside it. How do I direct them to fix this.

    Hi Brooklyn,

    Thank you for reaching us through community.

    If the user has Shared the image with you, then you should be able to see the image in your eprotfolio

    Eg: Like this

    If this is not how you see, We would recommend you to please open a support ticket with us for the Broken artifact issue and we can check the issue further for you.
