A student is unable to access her courses. Page shows up briefly and then disappears/error message


I have a student unable to access her courses. When she signs in the page shows up briefly and then disappears and she gets an error message. I've gone in and impersonated her and I can see anything and it doesn't happen to me. I've asked her to restart her computer and clear her cache and cookies. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

    Additional options the student can try are:

    • Check they're using a supported browser. They can do this using the System Check tool available at https://{your-brightspace-url}/d2l/systemCheck or https://community.desire2learn.com/d2l/systemCheck
    • Disable browser add-ons and/or extensions - thereafter access Brightspace

    If the issue persists please open a support case with the D2L Support team for a deeper investigation.
