User Agent does not match the fingerprint

    The only place I see this error is in an authentication issue on one site. The solution/workaround seems to be logging out and back in again. If that doesn't work, or if the issue reappears, the next move would be to have an Approved Support Contact (ASC) reach out to helpdesk@d2l.com to speak with Admin Support. The issue can be investigated more thoroughly that way and other details can be collected to aide in the investigation.
