I hope the following article finds you well. https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/3538-importing-grades My tip to minimize issues with the import process is to first build your Gradebook on Brightspace (with all its necessary grade items) and then export it all as an Excel file:
Then, you will fill out your grade book as desired. Finally, you will import it back to your course.
