    Thanks for reaching us through the Brightspace Community, however, you should open a ticket with Roberston Brightspace Support directly. In Robertson's learning environment, you can do so by clicking on the 'Get Help' button in the lower right corner of your screen.

    If this is the password for a quiz or any other activity in one of your courses, you should also reach out to your instructor.
