Where can I find tutorials and detailed information on setting up Goals and Outcomes?

I need to set up goals and outcomes in Brightspace. Where can I find detailed tutorials on setting this up? The language and terms are not explicitly defined so the documentation I have seen is not clear. Also, how do you export the reporting information from the system to make the data usable? Thank you.

Also, I was not able to add tags because any that I used disappeared.
