Video publishing errors

Hi there, first time here, I keep trying to set up a learning repository in Brightspace but keep getting various error messages when I go to publish and wondering what I'm doing wrong or if there's some issue with my account in publishing.
Uploads always work out fine but on the "importing" page I am getting a few errors, most commonly "Index was outside the bounds of the array" or "thread was being aborted"
also "size was 324958762 but 823450386 was expected" or some variation.
Does anyone have any familiarity with these issues and can direct me to what might be going wrong?

How exactly would one go about doing this? I can't find any support on my brightspace login other than our organization's IT, who encouraged me to reach out here.
