My word quizzes converted to csv files

When I convert my work quizzes with a generator to csv format and import them, They appear as downloadable spreadsheet when I'm in Learner View but appear as normal quizzes in Preview mode. How can I get them to appear normally for students? Thanks

In particular, download the template CSV as shown in the screen grab and check that your CSV matches the format provided in the downloadable template and retry the import.

If that fails and you are still getting the same result best to open a case with the D2L Support team who can fully investigate the issue being experienced and help resolve it.
