Hi @Lemar.S.32 - Your institution has likely configured your system to log out from a browser environment experience. If you are in the site, and goto the upper right hand corner, you have the option to log out by selecting your name.
In Brightspace Pulse, the process is a bit different for logging out of the application.
You will need to click on the logo in the upper left hand corner of the Pulse app and then goto settings > At the bottom of the settings page - there is an option to sign out of all accounts. (Visuals below)
If you are unsuccessful with these steps - contact your institution's support desk and they can likely assist you with your question.
