"send to root"

What does "send to root" mean? Every time I try to move a module up or down, it winds up as a submodule. When I try to restore it to module status by dragging it to the Table of Contents, it won't move. And when I use "move to" there's nowhere to put it that's not an existing module! So, does "send to root" mean send it to the TOC?

Hi Laura,

Yes, when moving a sub-module the option Send to root means move the module to the root or first level in the TOC. Another option you can try is clicking on the Table of Contents and select the Bulk Edit. This will provide you an alternative view through which you can drag and drop the modules/sub-modules.
