I assume you are trying to insert your image through the function below:
Are you getting any error messages? What file type are you trying to insert? Your image file size cannot exceed 2 Gb.
At home I'm working on a Mac - it's a new one, so I'm not sure what is going on. Today at work, I was able to add one, but here we are Windows based. I checked to be sure that mac was compatible and all I saw indicated it was. Any ideas? Thanks. Denise

Mac and its Safari browser are indeed compatible. A good way to keep isolating the issue is to try using Chrome on your Mac - in case you were experiencing the issue on Safari.
