I cannot get into my account because my password won't work. How can I change it to be what I would like it to be?

    To reset your password, you can select the 'Reset Your Password' option on our Log-In page. It will look like this:

    Please note: the process will ask you to send a verification code to your email assigned to this account. You will then need to input the verification code back into the reset password window to continue on.

    If you are look to reset a password with your place of learning, we recommend getting in touch with your institution's IT Help Desk. We have a Log-In Finder that can help, or please feel welcome to directly message me and I will help you out!
