Merging Accounts

Hi,

From what I have read so far there seems to be no way of merging accounts in Brightspace (let me know if I am wrong). This is just a basic feature in most LMSes. There needs to be a way to merge accounts and transfer learning history between accounts.

You are correct, currently it is not possible to merge user accounts in Brightspace meanwhile there is PIE item on Brightspace community Product Idea Exchange (D560) requesting to have this feature implemented. Please upvote the idea for further consideration by our product team.
