Hi Mark,
Depending on the permissions that have been set for the role(s) that you have been allocated at the Org and Course Offering level, you'll have the ability to manage some aspects of the homepages available to you. The way in which you manage the Org level homepage is consistent with how you manage Course Offering level homepages. Your ability to perform homepage management tasks is dependant upon the role you have been allocated and the roles permissions.
