My files are not saving to my ePortfolio and my classes are no longer available, can I do anything?

Is there any way for me to regain access in order to save the files to my ePortfolio?

    Getting back into your account will be best achieved by contacting your school/college admins. Please contact them and ask if there is an option for you to regain access so that you can save the files to your ePortfolio.
