Display aspect for content

Hi there,

I'm trying to find a solution to a learner who is visually impaired. Their concern is the column of Content in our D2L layout is too narrow and therefore compresses text and embedded text into an area too small to read or zoom into.

Any suggestions on changing what I could call the 'aspect ration' of the main column - my other question about this is "Can this ratio be set at the shell level?" or perhaps it's a global display setting for the account?
