Can we merge two accounts in Brightspace that have courses in each account for a user?

    Hello @Tatiana.M.97 ,

    Thank you for reaching us through Brightspace Community!

    Unfortunately, even if two accounts belong to the same user, they cannot be merged since each individual user account has a unique Id.

    However, there is a feature request for this in our Product Idea Exchange. I would recommend that to upvote this if you would like to see this feature added to the future release.
