Hello! I am having problems accessing the PIE - when I click the quicklink, I get this message:

"There was a problem processing your authentication."

I have done the single sign on already, not sure if that is part of the problem? Is there a separate login for the PIE?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Brightspace Community!

    It appears there was a brief issue with your PIE access. Thank you for reaching out to us to let us know. We've made a fix, and would ask if you can log out of Community, log back in, and attempt to access PIE again.
