Missing Mail Templates?

In Admin > Mail Template Management, a few of the templates have a Subject or Body that looks like this:

 

{term not found: MailTemplates.Main.CustomReportingFramework.Mail.txtDHEmailMessage}

 

1. What happened?
2. How is it that they still work?
3. Does this need to be fixed?

Oh Hi @Francis U.​ - please contact your Authorized Support Contact (ASC) and let them know so that they can contact D2L Support. They will still work as its a language term that is not present in the administration console; so there is nothing preventing it from continuing to work - just the issue here is likely in the display of the field component.

 

Either way it looks like something that might need more investigation so best to start the process with your ASC.
