Is it possible to delete Learning Groups?

I cannot figure out how to delete practice Learning Groups - can someone explain how to remove these?

    Hello Kathy,
    On your course, you can delete groups as follows:
    - on the navigation bar, go to Course Admin
    - go to Groups
    - check the groups you want to delete
    - click Delete
    If the above instruction does not work, can you provide me with more details?
