I'd like an event where I can gets ideas on how other admins, developers, deisgners, ect. are using Brightspace. These might include a D2L staffer but hopfully not a sales opriented one, just someone who can listen, take suggestions, and provide insite.
We could share tips and tools, and complaints (complaints are a sign of passion!). As a benifit to D2L, they can gain some usage knowlege. It may also reduce tickets as we could help eatchother, and improve enghagment with the products. -

Within this Survey:
- 50% of you said you want more Customer Enablement sessions
- 25% of you said you want more Convos with Community
- 25% said other
Within our Connect with Community Survey:
- 70% of survey participants indicated that they want to see Customer Success Podcast and webinars within the Community
- 68% of survey participants said they want to be able to connect with a product expert
- 64% of participants indicated that they wanted to see more Convos with Community sessions
